Shipping policy

Digital products

Some Velelle products are digital downloads. After purchase, your files are available immediately in your order confirmation email and in your account under Orders. No shipping address is required.

If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder or email sandra@velelle.com with your order number.

Physical products

Physical Velelle products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed. Because each item is produced specifically for you, production and delivery times vary by product. Estimated delivery timeframes are listed on each product page.

Velelle ships to the United States and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Tracking

Physical orders include tracking information sent to your email once your order ships.

Lost or undelivered packages

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors and contact the carrier directly. If the carrier confirms a delivery error, contact sandra@velelle.com with your order number and we will work to resolve it.

Velelle is not responsible for packages the carrier confirms were delivered.

Wrong shipping address

If you enter an incorrect address at checkout and the package ships to that address, Velelle is not able to issue a refund or replace the item. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will need to cover the cost of reshipping. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the order total and are not controlled by Velelle. Velelle is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
