# Velelle

> Velelle helps women design their physical environment to support nervous system recovery from burnout, overwhelm, and scattered attention. Founded by Sandra Dubrov, Columbia University Certified Health Coach with 25 years of product development experience for Walmart, Target, and Costco.

Velelle's methodology is built on polyvagal-inspired research, attention restoration theory, biophilic design, chromotherapy, circadian biology, and sensory processing sensitivity. Products are environmental and nervous system design tools organized around three customer-facing states: Burned Out (dorsal vagal conservation), Overwhelmed (sympathetic activation), and Scattered (low-grade activation with impaired executive function).
